Swim Ulster aims to identify, develop and support talented athletes in winning medals at major junior and senior international competitions in 2016 and beyond. In conjunction with Swim Ireland and Sport NI, Swim Ulster have established a regional performance structure to provide a clear development pathway for competitive swimmers from club to international level. Through the regional performance structure, Swim Ulster seek to maximize the chances of athletes progressing on the development pathway with the ultimate aim of achieving international success at Commonwealth Games, European Championships, World Championships and Olympic/Paralympic Games in both able bodied and disability events.
