The Swim Ulster Age Group & Senior Long Course Championships 2024 will take place at Aurora Aquatic & Leisure Complex, Bangor from Friday 3rd to Sunday 5th May 2024.
The Warm Up Schedule will be as follows:
Friday
AM Session
Warm Up - Competition Pool - Boys 9-9.25am - Girls 9.25-9.50am - Start 10am
Diving pool will be available for Warm Up from 9.30am
PM Session
Warm Up - Competition Pool - Boys 4.30-4.55pm - Girls 4.55-5.20pm - Start 5.30pm
Diving Pool will be available for Warm Up from 5pm
Saturday
AM Session
Warm Up - Competition Pool -Boys 9-9.25am - Girls 9.25-9.50am - Start 10am
Diving pool will be available for Warm Up from 9.30am
PM Session
Warm Up - Competition Pool - Boys 4.30-4.55pm - Girls 4.55-5.20pm - Start 5.30pm

Please note that medals will be presented in the poolside room and photographs will be posted on Social Media
Withdrawals / corrections should be emailed to [email protected] by 12 midday on Thursday 2.5.24.
Anyone wishing to take photographs or videos must register their device at the Swim Ulster Desk as you enter the Spectator Area – you will need photographic ID to register your device. All devices capable of taking photographs or videos must be switched off when using toilet or changing facilities at Aurora.
